MAICO at the ISHACON 2023 in New Delhi

Great interest in Newborn Hearing Screening

Together with our local business partners Auditivo Hearing Services and HAC Acoustic we were present at the ISHACON in New Delhi, India from 17th – 19th February. The 54th "Annual Conference of Indian Speech-Language and Hearing Association" was a great opportunity for us to personally get in touch with our local customers and business partners and to exchange about the latest trends and product innovations. Of course, we gave first-hand information about our product range and presented live at the booth how easy and fast hearing tests can be conducted with our hearing screening devices.

We were particularly pleased by the large number of visitors from students of audiology and speech therapy, who were able to give us very positive feedback on our devices. Among other things, they were very impressed by our easyScreen with its ability to perform ABR and OAE measurements flexibly in just one device. The feedback of the students is very important for us in the development and improvement of innovative hearing screening devices.

All in all, the ISHACON 2023 was a complete success. The congress was very well attended and the interest in our products was extremely high. Our solutions for newborn hearing screening, such as our popular touchTymp tympanometer, were particularly well received and frequently requested. This shows once again that MAICO is known around the world as the brand for easy-to-use newborn hearing screening devices.
