To complement our team we are looking for an:

HR Business Partner* (f/m/x)
asap // unlimited contract // 40h/week




Areas of responsibility:

  • Comprehensive Support & Strategic Advisory: Providing support and advisory services to employees and managers on all HR topics throughout the employee lifecycle for assigned departments/areas.
  • Corporate Culture & Change Management: Further developing the corporate culture in collaboration with HR leadership and international HR teams, taking responsibility as a Pulse Key Champion and promoting values, DEI, and other initiatives.
  • HR Processes & Digitalization: Optimizing HR service quality and processes, ensuring the best possible digitalization through appropriate tools in coordination with HR leadership.
  • Talent Management & Employee Development: Identifying, fostering, and developing talent, as well as implementing training and succession programs.
  • On-Site Presence & Trusted Collaboration: Regular presence at the Dortmund location to ensure close and trusted collaboration with employees and managers, directly supporting HR-related topics on-site.

 

Your profile:

  • Degree & Professional Experience: Completed studies in Human Resources or a comparable qualification, along with several years of experience in HR, ideally in an international context.
  • Experience in Change Management & Cultural Development: Proven experience in supporting change processes and actively shaping a positive corporate culture.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge & Process Development: Extensive, hands-on experience in HR management, labor law, and HR tools, as well as expertise in designing and implementing HR processes.
  • Strong Communication & Advisory Skills: Excellent communication skills and experience in advising and supporting managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  • Experience with Employee Surveys & Behavioral Models: Experience in conducting employee surveys (e.g., engagement, Insights Discovery) and applying behavioral psychology models.
  • Availability & Language Skills: Willingness to be regularly present at the Dortmund site and strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
