To join our team we are looking for an:
Customer & Sales Support specialist* (f/m/x)
asap // permanent // 35-40h/week
Your tasks:
- Commercial support of our international partners
- Planning, management and processing of distributor inquiries, including close coordination with purchasing and shipping departments
- Order entry, preparation of documents such as quotations, invoices, contracts
- Management of Customer Data in ERP system
- Collaboration in budget preparation
Your profile:
- Commercial training or similar successfully completed
- Excellent written and spoken English as well as good German and Spanish skills (at least B2 level), further foreign language skills are a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Professional experience in customer service and/or sales
- Service-oriented with very good written and telephone manners and enjoying daily cooperation with customers
